Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone

I was living in a comfortable place, refusing to do something that would make me feel very uncomfortable, but I started to feel I was not true to myself.

So, I asked myself that question: why would I step out of my comfort zone?

My answer was to feel free. And my next question was: How do I do that?

The word TRUST came to mind. How do I trust? What do I do when I trust? Then I saw in my mind an image of physically stepping back one step, which translated in a spiritual way to allow divine guidance to take over, to show me the way. I did a prayer releasing old limited beliefs around the situation. Experiencing freedom and expressing my true self with an open heart became more important than being stuck in my comfortable zone.

And that feels very good! Namaste!
