You’ll uncover limiting beliefs, practice spiritual mind treatment, and experience powerful shifts in your consciousness – all within a supportive, heart-centred community.

What is Advanced Consciousness Studies?
Advanced Consciousness Studies (ACS) is the first year of the two-year Practitioner Training offered by Centers for Spiritual Living. This course explores how your beliefs have shaped your life and gives you the tools to consciously shift them using spiritual practices.

FAQ
Do I need to know if I want to be a Practitioner before taking this? - Nope! Many students take ACS just for personal growth. You'll know by the end.
What if I miss a class? - Recordings will be provided. Occasional absences are manageable.
What materials do I need? - A journal, a pen, and a desire to grow. Workbook included in your tuition. You will also receive a list of books that will be required reading.
Is this a lot of homework? - There’s reading and journaling, but it’s manageable and meaningful. Think depth, not volume.
Can I join from anywhere? - Yes – it’s online! You just need reliable internet and a quiet(ish) space.
