What is 40 Days to Freedom?
Think of this as clearing the mental clutter so you can breathe again.
For 40 days, we practice stepping away from the habits that drain us and choosing thoughts and words that bring life.
We’ll use Rev. Michelle Wadleigh’s 40 Days to Freedom eBook with daily support from Rev Tamara and our CSL White Rock community.

How It Works
Set your intention (2 minutes)
Write one sentence: “Over these 40 days, my intention is to…”
Examples: be kinder to myself • release resentment • trust life more • feel freer in my mind
