About the Event
Visualization is one of the most powerful and conscious exercises we can do. Vision boards can depict goals, dreams, and how we want to feel in all areas of our life. They can also help provide more clarity to one specific area that we wish to focus on.
A Vision Board is a visual tool that lets us create a collage of words and images representing our goals and dreams.
Join our practitioner, Georgia Nieken, for an insightful session on creating what is most important to you. Georgia will lead you through guided exercises to get your creative juices flowing.
