It is in this rising up of our consciousness that we rise up in revolution-ary love for ourselves, for each other, and for the wholeness of Life Itself. This week we explore mindfulness as a practice that sows revolutionary love into our hearts and minds as we continue on the journey to be-come Mindful of Race: Transforming Racism from the Inside Out by Ruth King.
