"Foundations" is the entry-level class and a suggested prerequisite for all other courses offered through the Centre. In it, you will be introduced to the basics of the Science of Mind book, Meditation, Spiritual Mind Treatment, Visioning, and other Universal Spiritual Principles and Practices.
