About the Event

It’s been a challenging year. Adjusting our lives and living with a world wide pandemic has brought numerous emotions and experiences for many of us. It is wearing and can bring up many feelings of sadness and grief. This can become even more heightened now that the Christmas season is here. It is good to talk about what you are feeling, even if the feeling doesn’t feel good. Join the conversation and the opportunity to express the sadness, the grief that you are experiencing. This is a safe space that allows people to express what they are feeling, a space to be heard and a space to listen to others express their feelings.
