A Message from Reverend Terry SheaMindful Loving
I remember clearly the day I understood the difference between God outside me, and what I have come to describe as the "Indwelling Presence". I had stopped believing in a medieval, flat earth "Sky God", more remote from me than the stars and simultaneously stopped looking out there for his approval and love. It was to be several years later that I would realize that I may have stopped seeking love from a remote God but I was still seeking it from a human being "out there".
The inter-connectedness that I had found in my Godself, my essential nature, did not at that point include all of life. What continued to escape me was that I was part of all things or rather that all things, beings, were already part of me.
